By using themultipleproject.com (the "Site") and the Free Discovery service, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the Site. These terms are between you and TidyBizAI Pty Ltd (ABN 14 681 712 282) ("we", "us"), the operator of The Multiple Project.
What you can do with the Site
You can read the Site, complete the Free Discovery, and receive your Valuation Readiness Report for your own use. You can share the report with your accountant, your business advisor, your spouse, and anyone else you trust. You can't repackage it as a paid service or pass it off as your own work.
What we can't promise
The Site and the Free Discovery are provided as-is. The numbers we generate are educated estimates, built from what you tell us during the conversation and from public market data on small business multiples. They are not formal valuations, audits, or financial advice. See the Disclaimer for the detail.
We don't warrant that the Site will be available without interruption, or that every number will be perfect. We do our best.
Intellectual property
The brand, the framework, the Site copy, and the visual identity are owned by TidyBizAI Pty Ltd. The report we generate for you is yours to keep and use. You can't reverse-engineer the framework or pass it off as your own.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the Site or any decision you make based on the Free Discovery is limited to AUD $100. Don't make irreversible business decisions on the back of a free 5-minute chat. Take the report, and take advice from someone who's accountable to you.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in NSW courts.
