The Multiple Project is operated by TidyBizAI Pty Ltd (ABN 14 681 712 282), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you complete the Free Discovery, the chat captures information you choose to share, including:
- Your name and the name of your business.
- An email address you would like the report sent to.
- Information you give us about how the business operates - financials at the level you describe them, staff structure, processes, tools, and so on.
- Anything you type into the chat.
We do not ask for, and you should not provide, sensitive personal information (health, racial, religious, political, or sexual orientation data).
Why we collect it
We collect this information for one reason: to generate and deliver your Valuation Readiness Report, and to follow up if you ask us to. We do not sell your information, share it with brokers, or use it to train public AI models.
Where it lives
Your conversation and the resulting report are stored on infrastructure under our control, hosted in Sydney, Australia. We use a small number of trusted third parties to operate the service:
- Anthropic — the AI model that conducts the conversation. Anthropic does not retain your input for training.
- Google Workspace — for delivering the report to your inbox.
How long we keep it
We keep your conversation and report for up to 24 months so we can re-send it if you lose it or follow up if you ask. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Cookies
The site uses a small piece of browser storage to remember your chat session while you complete the Discovery. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising cookies, or analytics that profile you.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Send you a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it entirely.
